Donna Macaulay and Guardian - 5yo Lusitano
Life-long horse person. Wife to my best friend Tim and IT project Manager by day. My grandfather had trotting ponies and taught me to drive, then I worked my way up to the A rated hunter circuit as a teen. After college I found a new passion for dressage and a Trakehner mare named Bailey taught me about finding my seat. A couple of challenging young warmbloods brought me to a PNH expo in Eastern Massachusetts and then to my learning a whole new way of being with horses. Thanks to many learning opportunities at Ladd Farm and the help of Avery Gauthier I was able to pass my level 3 with my Lusitano mare Amiga as we learned the program together. I lost Amiga last fall and have been playing with Guardian for the last 2 seasons. He has revealed his true RBI nature and I am doing my best to honor his nature and help him become brave and confident under saddle and in new places. I am very much looking forward to learning from Linda and the group at the Masterclass.
